Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in Warrendale, PA is seeking a Production Control Aide to prepare, format, and transmit documents, drawings, and calculation notes. You will generate cover sheets, gather signatures, ensure templates are used, and transmit deliverables to customers.

You will report to the Manager, I&C QA and Ops Planning at the Warrendale facility. The role involves basic data formatting, report generation, and light administrative support within a tight deadline-driven team.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or the equivalent, plus completion of 60 college credits from an accredited institution.
• Must be able to type 40 wpm.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products as determined by departmental need.

Responsibilities

• Apply basic formulas and formats to prepare basic tables, graphs, figures and metrics.
• Retrieve and/or receive incoming documentation, communications, or action plans, and capture appropriately. Provide notification of receipt to personnel. Archive documentation as required.
• Assist in the generation of reports and distribution of information, results, and basic analyses to appropriate personnel.
• Provide some general administrative support to team including scanning documents and making printouts
• Maintain correspondence on projects.

About the role:

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $41,069.76 to $91,164.78
