High Concrete in Denver, PA is seeking Production Concrete Set Up/Pouring team members to support the setup and pouring processes, reading drawings, preparing forms, and ensuring production schedules are met. Positions start at $20.00/hour with overtime.

We seek candidates with previous construction experience, ability to operate hand tools, and readiness to work on first or third shift. Join us to contribute to precast panels and structural elements for stadiums, schools, and warehouses.

Qualifications

  • Construction experience required.
  • Able to read and interpret drawings.
  • Ability to set up forms and pour concrete.
  • Overtime may be required to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Will utilize blueprints to set and tie rebar cages and/or mats
  • Reviews prints with attention to detail
  • Sets up prints using a tape measure
  • Place steel components in forms
  • Uses the bolt cutters to cut the mesh
  • Utilizes concrete saws to cut strand
  • Gathers components required to layout and pour forms
  • Handles oil sprayers to blow oil forms
  • Will help form panels when needed
  • Assist in any cleanup after setup is completed
  • Cross trains as needed to learn other functions within concrete production
  • Responsible for utilizing hand tools to pour, set, smooth, and finish concrete
  • Operate industrial crane to move concrete buckets

Production Concrete Set Up/Pouring are part of our Production team Set Up and Production Pouring team and handle the setup process and pouring process, working in a timely and safe manner to ensure production schedules are met. Prepares forms daily for the pouring process as specified on drawings or by the area supervisor.

Positions start at $20.00/hour. Over time/ Time and a half is paid after 8 hours worked each day.

We have 1st & 3rd Shift openings starting at 6:00AM (previous construction experience required), 8:00AM & 3:00AM.
