MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Typically, your tasks will include selecting products (optical frames, lenses, contact lenses), packing them for shipping, and managing inventory. A wrist scanner will guide your actions. You may work across different teams. Responsibilities include:

Receiving/Put Away:

• Placing lenses in correct inventory locations and rotating stock

Order Selection:

• Picking orders for customers and branches
• Reporting stock-outs to managers or supervisors

Shipping:

• Verifying orders and resolving discrepancies
• Packaging orders with proper documentation and address labels

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal candidates will have:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Effective communication skills with managers and peers
• Ability to meet and exceed production goals
• Proficiency with RF devices (scanners); experience is a plus
• Basic reading and math skills
• High accuracy in work tasks
• Teamwork and participation in meetings

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with inventory and warehouse management systems
