Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Production Clerk to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. You will enter production data, organize work orders and quality forms, and assist with inventory to keep lines running on schedule.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in manufacturing or administrative roles, strong attention to detail, and proficient MS Office skills. This on-site position offers growth within a TD SYNNEX subsidiary and benefits.

Responsibilities

The Production Clerk supports manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate data entry, material handling, and adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately enter production data into the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
• Prepare and organize production documents, including work orders, bills of material, and quality control forms.
• Assist with inventory management tasks such as receiving, stocking, and issuing materials to production lines.
• Monitor and track production progress, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or delays.
• Communicate effectively with production supervisors, team leads, and other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Perform quality checks on finished goods and components as required.
• Assist with packaging and labeling of products for shipment.
• Operate basic material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, if certified.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a production or administrative support role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in data entry and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control principles is desirable.
