Job summary

Koch Foods in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a production worker to maintain cleanliness in the assigned area, lift 50+ lb bags, and operate industrial equipment including a vacuum and pressure washer. You may drive a forklift and other equipment as needed and complete required paperwork.

The role requires working around live animal odors and exposure to noise, heat, cold, and damp environments. Training and weekly pay are provided, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of feed manufacturing equipment, and operation and maintenance of equipment preferred.
• Constantly stand and/or walk throughout shift.
• Exposure to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production lines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in assigned work area.
• Lift and handle 50+ lb bags of ingredient.
• Operate industrial grade vacuum and pressure washer.
• Drive Forklift, Sweeper, Tractor and Shuttle Wagon as required.
• Complete and maintain appropriate paperwork and reports.
• All other relevant duties as assigned.
