• Design, conduct, and interpret analyses tied to field performance and outcomes.
• Independently manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder communications.
• Operate, maintain, and optimize laboratory instrumentation in compliance with QA/QC standards.
• Mentor chemists, technicians, and technologists through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with field personnel, sales, and customers to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and service.
