WeatherFlow-Tempest Inc. is a technology company leading the private-sector weather industry. We seek a Production Center Associate to inspect, test, calibrate weather stations, analyze data, and support packaging, shipping, returns and customer support.

You will join a hands-on team, with flexible tasks each day, and opportunities for growth and weekend/evening hours. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys weather tech and practical, data-driven quality work.

• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and understand technical specifications.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment and contribute to shared goals.
• Organizational skills to manage records, procedures, and tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to change tasks as needed.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing production requirements.
• Experience working with technical equipment including connected weather stations, computers and tablets.
• Willingness to work some weekends and evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Record and report test and calibration results accurately.
• Spot non-conforming products and notify the right teams.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issues.
• Keep quality control records organized and up to date.
• Analyze data to ensure it meets our high standards.
• Kit and pack our weather products for delivery to home and business customers.
• Handle order printing and packaging to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Check in and test customer returns.
• Assist customer support with answering questions from customers.

Position Overview

As a Production Center Associate, you’re at the frontlines of making sure our weather technology products shine. You will be helping with: inspecting, testing and calibrating weather stations, analyzing weather data, packing & shipping weather equipment, processing customer returns and assisting with customer support. This is a role that requires flexibility on your part, every day could be something different!
