Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky is seeking Production Team Members to join our high‑quality manufacturing line. This evergreen pipeline role connects with upcoming openings, and candidates will be reviewed and contacted when a match arises.

Primary duties include assembling bottle components by hand, loading bottles on the production line, operating bottling equipment, inspecting quality, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one-year work experience.
• Flexible shifts including weekends overtime may be required.

Responsabilités

• Assemble bottle components by hand: apply labels, caps or corks, and place bottles into cases.
• Material handling: load bottles onto production line, remove dunnage, and stack cases onto a pallet.
• Operate bottling equipment, adjust tooling, troubleshoot errors, and monitor production efficiencies.
• Inspect bottle quality and repair any production defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment through routine sanitation.

Job Description/Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include (however may not be limited to):

• Assembling bottle components by hand: applying labels, inserting caps or corks, or placing bottles into cases
• Material handling: loading bottles onto a production line, removing dunnage, or stacking cases onto a pallet
• Operating bottling equipment through tooling adjustments, feeding components into magazines/hoppers, troubleshooting equipment errors, and monitoring production efficiencies
• Inspecting bottle quality and repairing incorrect production
• Maintaining a clean an organized work environment through routine sanitation efforts.

Physical requirements may include (however may not be limited to):

• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs
• Pushing, pulling and/or climbing
• Continuous standing and/or walking
• Working in areas that are not temperature-controlled.
