Job summary

Tindall Corporation, a leading precast concrete manufacturer, seeks a production finisher to support bed setup and pouring. You will supervise crew placement of cables, steel and materials to ensure correct concrete member finishing.

Applicants should have a high school diploma (GED acceptable) and concrete finishing experience; work is outdoor and loud, with regular safety meetings and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience finishing concrete preferred.
• Ability to read shop cards and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Directs and assists bed crew in setting up and pouring a bed.
• Ensures cables, steel pieces and materials are properly placed.
• Reviews daily shop cards and plans prep for the pour.
• Directs crew on locations of wood, steel and other materials.
• Maintains bed layout accuracy and finish throughout shift.
• Assists with toolbox, production and safety meetings.

Previous experience in finishing concrete is required.Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and vibration.
