Job summary

Agropur is seeking a Bagger at our Minnesota facility to package and seal product, assist in drying processes, and support CIP procedures on two drying systems. The role requires strict adherence to safety, GMPs, and quality standards, with on-the-job training provided for new hires.

Starting pay is $21.94 per hour, with two raises within a year and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), PTO from day one, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent preferred.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Knowledge of HACCP and FDA preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and adhere to documents and procedures (GLP, SOP, SDS, GMP, test procedures, and HACCP).
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Responsibilities

• Bag product in 50-pound bags or 40-pound boxes; loading up to 170 pounds.
• Load bags or boxes to the dryer.
• Take samples of powder and weigh the product.
• Move pallets using a pallet lift jack.
• Follow safety and GMP policies and maintain a clean work area.
