NC Custom, a division of Nassau Candy, is hiring Production Associates at our Ronkonkoma, NY facility for full-time and seasonal roles. You will assist in manufacturing, operate machinery, and help with packaging and quality checks.

The role offers a guaranteed 40-hour workweek with overtime opportunities and pays $17.00 per hour. No prior experience is required as training is provided; weekends may be necessary to meet production demands, and safety is a priority in our collaborative

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends as production demands.
• Reliability and strong work ethic—punctuality and contribution.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and keep a clean workspace.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various manufacturing and assembly tasks to ensure production efficiency and quality.
• Operate machinery and equipment following safety protocols.
• Perform manual labor, including lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces to promote safety and efficiency.
• Assist in packaging, labeling, and inspecting products to meet quality standards.
• Follow written and verbal instructions to complete tasks accurately.
• Support production line operations and collaborate with teammates and supervisors.
