PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a Production Associate in Shippensburg. This role involves loading and unloading materials, labeling, wrapping, gaskets, and securing products for shipment.

A team-oriented candidate with manufacturing or warehouse experience will fit well, and there are opportunities for cross-training and advancement, plus a retention bonus. The position offers a competitive $18/hour pay rate, with additional pay increases over time and a supportive, small-team environment
