Job description

Oscoda Plastics, a manufacturer of accessories for the Duro-Last Roofing System, Protect-All flooring, ProFlex vinyl expansion joints, and roofing accessories, is looking to expand their manufacturing team.

Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with a $1.50 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts. All hourly employees receive WEEKLY PAY and are eligible to participate in the company's annual bonus program.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Assist team members in producing high-quality, defect-free products to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Learn basic tasks, including operating production equipment and understanding manufacturing procedures.
  • Accurately complete all required production paperwork.
  • Attend and participate in scheduled company meetings, including plant, production, and safety meetings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and presentability for guests.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate initiative.
  • Ability to pass pre-hire drug screening, physical, and background check.
  • Ability to bend, push, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to work up to 12-hour shifts, including weekends when necessary.
  • Open availability to work any shift.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
