Individuals will work on 2-3 separate lines handling fiberglass boards weighing 5 to 25 lbs and fiberglass ceiling tiles weighing about 2.4 lbs each.

Primary duties of the Production Associate include:

•Flip and slide fiberglass boards onto a moving conveyor one at a time.

•Inspect tiles on a moving conveyor.

•Stack pairs of ceiling tiles coming off the moving conveyor dropping 3-12 inches to another stationery conveyor where they are stacked straight in a set of 8, 10, or 12. When the tile drops, the employee helps to straighten up the stack.

•Slide the sleeve to cover outside one or two stacks of ceiling tiles then bundle into another moving conveyor.

•Carry stack of finished products from a stationary conveyor to a pallet then place onto lifting table which uses a motorized hydraulic.

•Load gravity fed accumulating conveyor with stacks offiberglass boards.

Requirements of the Production Associate include:

•Previous manufacturing experience.

•Lift stack weighing up to 60 lbs.

Hours 1st shift 7am-3pm Monday- Friday; OT 5am-3pm or Saturdays

Pay rate: $18
