Staffmark Group is seeking a Production Associate in Spartanburg, SC. The role offers a pay rate of $15.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

You will work on a fast-paced production floor, loading and moving materials, ensuring safety and quality, and supporting a collaborative team environment. This position provides weekly pay and benefits through Staffmark's team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or real-world know-how that gets the job done.
• Assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs, stay active, and handle the grind.
• Show up on time, stay safe, and have your team's back.

Responsibilities

• Load, stack, and move materials on the production floor.
• Watch for quality issues and fix small problems fast.
• Keep your area safe, clean, and running smoothly.
