Staffmark is hiring a Production Associate in Hebron, KY. You will help build, package, and move products on a fast-paced line with a focus on safety and quality. The role offers steady hours, a Monday–Friday schedule, and weekly pay.

Primary duties include unloading trucks, scanning items, building pallets, and preparing shipments. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and place items onto a conveyor system for sorting.
• Scan items and verify accuracy against system information.
• Sort and place items onto pallets based on designated codes.
• Build complete pallets and prepare them for shipment.
• Shrink wrap completed pallets and move them using a pallet jack.
• Transport pallets to designated staging areas.
