Job summary

Staffmark in Corona, CA is seeking a Production Associate to support daily manufacturing operations. You will assemble products, operate production equipment, inspect finished goods, package materials, and maintain production standards by following established work instructions.

This role requires at least 1 year of experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs, work around chemicals, and communicate in English. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with competitive weekly pay and comprehensive

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or shop environment.
• Ability to lift an average of 50 lbs.
• Ability to work around chemicals.
• Able to communicate in English (read, write, speak).
• Prior shop experience is a plus.
• Longevity with previous employer.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and operate production equipment.
• Inspect finished goods and package materials.
• Maintain production standards by following work instructions.
• Keep production areas clean and organized; monitor product quality.
• Cross-train to support other duties as needed.
