Join Goodyear, a leader in tire technology, as a Production Associate. We are immediately hiring and welcome walk-in applicants at our Tupelo, MS plant located at 187 Whitaker Dr.

Compensation: Starting at $19/hr, with potential earnings up to $24.19/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing equipment and perform manual labor related to tire and component production.
• Lift and carry materials weighing 50-75 pounds repeatedly.
• Monitor and operate machinery, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and keep records of machine operations and downtime.
• Assist maintenance and expedite repairs as needed.

Shift Details:

12-hour rotating shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, alternating weekly.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced, industrial setting with environmental conditions that may be hot, cold, or noisy.
• Safety gear such as hearing protection, eye protection, and steel-toed shoes are mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications:
