Danfoss Loves Park, IL is hiring a 2nd Shift Production Associate/Truck Driver to keep materials flowing and ensure on-time delivery. You\'ll unload trucks, move materials, and support production while following safety guidelines in a hands-on warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, and at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to work in an active environment, including standing for extended periods and frequently lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Foundational experience in warehouse, production, or material handling is a plus, but not required.
• CDL License Class C (non commercial driving).

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks, receive materials, pick parts, and deliver components to production areas.
• Operate forklifts, tuggers, and hand trucks safely after training and certification.
• Maintain accuracy by scanning materials, monitoring inventory, refilling Kanban bins, and reporting shortages.

• Collaborate with the team and rotate across stations to support production needs.

As a 2nd Shift Production Associate/Truck Driver in our Warehouse, you play a vital role in keeping our operations moving and our customers satisfied. Your work ensures that materials flow efficiently through the plant—supporting production, quality, and on-time delivery. What You’ll Be Doing

The US base hourly range for this full-time position is $19.00 + bonus + benefits. There is a shift differential of +$1 per hour for 2nd shift. + 1.00 for driver premium. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including role-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
