• Produces quality parts meeting customer requirements and notifies supervisor if parts do not meet standards.
• Performs all set up functions as required.
• Participates in process improvement teams.
• Follows operator instructions and safety regulations.
• Reports mis-hits and maintains accurate production paperwork.
• Trains new associates as directed by management.
• Reviews SPC charts to identify process problems.
• Works FIFO with raw materials and maintains proper use of standard packs.
