Job summary

The position starts at $21 per hour, with a $0.65 night shift differential and an incentive rate ranging from $24.50 to $37.50 per hour. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with $250 after the first week and $750 after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds repeatedly.
• Wamiliarity with a heavy industrial environment and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment on the line.
• Move, shift, and transport materials for production flow.
• Ensure product quality and proper line operation.
• Expedite repairs to the line with maintenance as needed.
• Clean equipment and work area during and after shift.
• Keep daily downtime and machine operation records.
