The Production Associate role is part of the Serum - Small Volume Liquid Manufacturing department in Logan, Utah, onsite. Our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Follow work policies and procedures, including EHS, Quality control, schematics, and verbal instructions, adhering to GMPs and documentation standards.
• Complete all required training and report quality or compliance concerns promptly.
• Understand and operate within production processes, work instructions, and documentation requirements to ensure product conformity.

Who you are:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and improve processes.

Physical and Environment Requirements:

• Ability to move, climb, lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, and wear protective equipment.
• Frequent physical activity including squatting, reaching, and handling small objects.
• Specific vision abilities required for the role.

Preferred Experience:

• 2 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
