Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and perform assembly tasks.
• Adhere to safety regulations and report safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Be able to perform a minimum of 5 different production jobs and meet quality targets.
• Load raw materials into production machines (benders, welders, presses).
• Assemble parts per job instruction and handle them appropriately.
• Produce quality parts meeting customer requirements.
• Complete paperwork as required.
• Keep work area clean, neat and organized; maintain good housekeeping.
• Assist in training new associates to perform duties.
• Initiate action to prevent nonconformities relating to product, process, and quality systems.
• Collect and chart part and process data.
