Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. is assisting a Mukwonago printing facility in hiring for Quality and General Labor roles. No experience is required. Tasks include packaging, inspection, and screen printing, with simple, repetitive duties and on-the-job training.

Shift options: 1st shift 5am–3:30pm at $14.00 per hour and 2nd shift 3pm–1:00am at $15.50 per hour, with possible overtime. Benefits noted include a Christmas bonus for good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on production, assembly, and general labor tasks.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility.
• Staging, packing, and trimming product.
• Inspect products and materials to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Identify, document, and report defects or quality issues.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate, organized inventory and work areas.
• Follow work instructions, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
