Creation Technologies is seeking a Production Associate – Solderer in Albuquerque, NM to join our production team. You will assemble, inspect, and solder electrical panels and circuit boards according to documentation and IPC standards.

Ideal candidates have strong hand–eye coordination, the ability to read assembly docs, and good communication skills. IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 soldering certifications are preferred to support high-quality manufacturing.

• IPC-A-610 certification.
• IPC-J-STD-001 Certified in soldering for both Thru-hole and SMT.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble and inspect electrical panels/circuit boards/assemblies per related documentation and drawings.
• Trim and form leaded parts.
• Use a soldering iron to build basic electrical assemblies per the related documentation.
• Properly fill out production documentation.
• Communicate with Cell Team Leaders on parts shortages and problems.
• Final assembly and/or pack and ship as required.
• Rotate to different workstations and different cells as needed.
• Complete hour-by-hour forms or other documentation for cycle time/performance analysis.
• Component preparation, placement, and installation.
• Mechanical assembly as required.
• Participate in training and certification programs to ensure job knowledge and skills set requirements are updated regularly.
• Perform hand soldering, inspection, and touch-up of thru-hole/SMT, mixed assemblies and custom parts as per specifications and IPC workmanship standards.
• Perform rework of thru-hole/SMT, mixed assemblies and custom parts as per specifications and IPC workmanship standards.
