Production - Silica Associate – at QEMETICA, Barberton- Norton, OH

Starting Pay Rate: $21.07

Rotating/Swing Shift 28- Day Schedule: 1st Shift 7am -3pm, 2nd shift 3pm -11pm, 3rd shift 11pm – 7am, switches every week from 1st shift to 3rd shift to 2nd shift.

As a Production - Silica Associate, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Key Responsibilities

• The position involves blending, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings.
• Prepare materials and product for packaging and shipment to customers.
• You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to work any job and work overtime as needed.
