Production - Silica Associate – at QEMETICA, Barberton- Norton, OH

Starting Pay Rate: $21.07

Rotating/Swing Shift 28-Day Schedule: 1st Shift 7am - 3pm, 2nd Shift 3pm - 11pm, 3rd Shift 11pm – 7am, switches weekly between shifts.

As a Production - Silica Associate, you will play a vital role in our operations, ensuring the delivery of quality products to our customers, impacting people's lives directly.

Key Responsibilities

• Blend, measure, and produce raw materials for industrial coatings.
• Prepare materials and products for packaging and shipment.
• Follow safety procedures in a production environment.
