Schedule is every Saturday, 12 hours from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with an emphasis on safety, reliability, and meeting production goals. Open availability and strong attendance are required.

Qualifications

• Must have prior manufacturing experience or equivalent exposure.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform repetitive work.
• Able to safely shut down and start various presses following Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
• Comfortable working at various heights and reaching overhead.
• Able to reach above head, kneel, or lie down to change serial number plates.
• Must stand and walk on concrete for 95% of a 12-hour shift.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and production goal focus.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and stay safety compliant.

Responsibilities

• Change out serial number plates on curing presses every Saturday for next week’s production.
• Use small hand tools to remove and replace plates carefully.
• Avoid scratching or damaging mold surfaces; maintain attention to detail.
• Work independently and stay focused during a full 12-hour shift.
• Follow all safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Change out serial number plates on curing presses every Saturday to prepare for the upcoming week’s tire production
• Use small hand tools to carefully remove and replace plates
• Take extra care not to scratch or damage the mold surfaces – attention to detail is key!
• Work independently and stay focused during a full 12-hour shift
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure your work area stays clean and organized

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Previous manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds(or more) and perform repetitive work.
• Must be able to safely shut down and start various types of presses, including following all Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
• Comfortable working at different heights, including climbing stairs and reaching overhead
• Serial number plates are changed from both the top and bottom of the press—this requires the ability to reach above your head, kneel, or lie down as needed
• Must be able to stand and walk on concrete for 95% of a 12-hour shift
• Strong work ethic: reliable, respectful, and committed to meeting production goals
• Must be able to follow detailed instructions, maintain a positive attitude, and adhere to all safety guidelines

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet production workflow with quality assurance, safety-minded, and attention to detail.
• Abide by and follow all OSHA rules and regulations.
• Must have open availability to work Saturdays
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts 7 am-7 pm.
• On-the-job training. Good attendance and punctuality are required to meet production needs.
• $17 / hour pay rate
