The starting pay for this position is $20.00/hr; however, it may vary depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Shift: Overnight from 11pm - 7:30 am

About the Role: What will you do?

As a member of our retread team, you will play a role in recapping, remolding, or extending the life of an existing tire to get it back on the road!

In our retread plants, you will support the retread process through various stages:

• Inspect tires to assess if they can be retreaded
• Buff the casing to remove worn tread
• Remove embedded objects, rust, and repair the tire casing
• Repair the casing with rubber cement or patches before applying new tread
• Build the tire by applying new tread
• Cure the tire to mold the retread application
• Perform final inspection to ensure safety and quality
