About the Role: What will you do?

As a member of our retread team, you will play a role in recapping, remolding, or extending the life of an existing tire to get it back on the road. Your responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting tires for retread suitability
  • Buffing the casing to remove worn tread
  • Removing embedded objects, rust, and repairing the tire casing
  • Repairing the casing with rubber cement or patches before applying new tread
  • Building the tire by applying new tread
  • Curing the tire to mold the retread application
  • Performing final inspection for safety and quality
