Starting pay: Up to $20 (no experience) / $24.50 (with experience)

About the Role: What will you do?

As part of our retread team, you'll play a role in extending the life of tires through recapping, remolding, and other processes to get them back on the road.

Support the retread process through various stages:

1. Inspect tires to determine if they can be retreaded
2. Buff the casing to remove worn tread
3. Remove embedded objects, rust, and repair the tire casing
4. Use rubber cement or patches to repair the casing before applying new tread
5. Build the tire by applying new tread
6. Cure the tire to mold the retread application
7. Perform final inspection for safety and quality
