About the Role: What will you do?

As a member of our retread team, you will play a role in recapping, remolding, or extending the life of an existing tire to get it back on the road!

In our retread plants, you will support the retread process through various stages:

1. Inspect the tires to assess if they can be retreaded
2. Buff the casing to remove worn tread
3. Remove embedded objects, rust, and repair the tire casing
4. Use rubber cement or a patch to repair the casing before applying new tread
5. Build the tire by applying new tread
6. Cure the tire to mold the retread application
7. Perform final inspection to ensure safety and quality

Basic Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, general labor, or entry-level roles preferred
