About the Role: What will you do?

As part of our retread team, you will help extend the life of tires through various stages:

1. Inspect tires for retread suitability
2. Buff worn tread from the casing
3. Remove embedded objects, rust, and repair casings
4. Patch and repair casings before applying new tread
5. Apply new tread to build the tire
6. Cure the tire to set the retread
7. Conduct final inspection for safety and quality
