Job summary

Activar, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate responsible for assisting with daily production and handling components in an organized manner within an assigned area. The role focuses on completing orders accurately to established procedures and quality standards.

The position emphasizes safe operation of equipment, adherence to processes, and a professional conduct. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred and a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Equivalent of high school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production to ensure quality of production.
• Review daily manufacturing functions and job orders to ensure awareness of requirements.
• Ensure the safe operation of equipment.
• Recommend measures to improve production methods and quality of product.
• Report any problems affecting safety, equipment, tooling, or quality to supervisor/lead/manager.
• Maintain full working knowledge of all processes.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Conduct oneself professionally in accordance with company guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
