Production Associate - Press Operator Level 1 - 3rd Shift

Position Purpose

Responsible for entry-level press operations.

Hourly Pay Range: $16.75 - $19.75

Essential Functions

• Maintain Environmental, Health, & Safety standards in the workplace.
• Operate Shave Press, Form Press, and Resistance Welder.
• Stack Coined Tables from Rovetta 1.
• Operate Coin Press (Rovetta 2).
• Use Go / No Go Gauges to rework parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Training

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use measuring equipment.
• Ability to work independently and with others.

Physical Demands

• Stand continuously for 8-12 hours.
• Lift 5 to 25 lbs.
• Bend, twist, and lift repetitively.
• Work in tight spaces with good hand/eye coordination.
• Adhere to safety rules and demonstrate dependability.

Environmental Conditions

• Use ear, eye, and foot protection at all times in production areas.
• Work in noisy, hot, humid, and cool environments with exposure to oils, greases, and water.
• Wear steel toe boots with metatarsal guards.
