Job description

Position Purpose:

Responsible for entry level press operations

Hourly Pay Range: $16.75 - $19.75

Essential Functions:

1. Maintain Environmental, Health, & Safety standards in the workplace
2. Operate Shave Press
3. Form Press, and Resistance Welder
4. Stack Coined Tables from Rovetta 1
5. Operate Coin Press (Rovetta 2)
6. Use Go / No Go Gauges to rework parts
7. Other duties as assigned

Education and Training:

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Good verbal and written communication skills
2. Must be able to use measuring equipment
3. Must be able to work independently
4. Ability to work well with others

Physical Demands:

1. Must be able to stand continuously for 8-12 hrs.
2. Must be able to lift a minimum of 5 lbs. up to 25 lbs.
3. Must be able to bend, twist, and lift repetitively
4. Ability to work in tight places
5. Good hand/eye coordination and good motor skills
6. Demonstrates dependability and adherence to all safety rules and regulations

Environmental Conditions:

1. Ear, Eye, and Foot protection required at all times in production areas
2. Exposure to a noisy work environment
3. Exposure to hot and humid conditions
4. Exposure to coolants, oils, grease, and water
5. Steel toe boots with metatarsal guards are required at all times
