The role focuses on ensuring products are built to exact specifications, maintaining high productivity, and contributing to on-time delivery while keeping the plant orderly and compliant with safety policies. This position requires 1+ years in manufacturing and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing/production.
• Ability to work safely with all safety processes.
• Strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper safety procedures and processes.
• Responsible for ensuring the product being built is built to spec and 100% accurate.
• Responsible for maintaining the highest level of productivity to ensure 100% on time delivery to our customers.
• Responsible for maintaining the housekeeping standards of the plant.
• Responsible for working as a team with all team members of the facility.
• Day to day responsibilities may include assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, stickering, and taping boxes.
