WillowWood Global LLC, a leading manufacturer of prosthetic feet and components, is seeking a dedicated Pour Line Production Associate to join our manufacturing team in Mesa, Arizona. Job Summary:

As a Pour Line Production Associate, you will operate manufacturing equipment, follow safety and quality procedures, and ensure the production of high-quality cosmetic foot covers, prosthetic feet, and components. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. There is a 30-day probationary period.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow safety, manufacturing, and quality procedures
  • Interpret both verbal and written work instructions
  • Operate equipment, including meter mix machines, cutting tools, hand tools, and grinders
  • Calibrate, clean, and adjust pour line mix equipment
  • Handle and store materials to preserve quality and shelf life
  • Inspect finished parts for quality assurance
  • Prioritize tasks to meet daily production goals
  • Record data accurately using computer applications
  • Support team with other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience using computers for data entry, email, and web-based applications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Ability to lift and carry molds up to 25lbs
  • Manufacturing experience preferred, including safe operation of production equipment
