Your Role at Baxter

The Production Associate, Pouch, is a part-time, hourly non-exempt position responsible for inspecting, over-pouching, and quality checks on sterile solutions and drugs. We offer shift flexibility, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities
  • Over-pouch and seal filled bags containing solutions or drugs
  • Ensure quality standards are met through inspections and quality checks
  • Perform scheduled cleaning and maintain a safe, clean work environment
  • Follow SOPs, cGMP, and safety guidelines
  • Address and report any safety or quality issues
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old with basic English communication skills
  • Ability to understand safety and quality instructions
  • Basic math skills; Inspector Certification preferred
  • One year of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle objects
Compensation and Benefits
