Overview

The Production Associate supports all aspects of warehouse operations, with a strong focus on paint preparation and finishing processes. Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, organizing materials, sandblasting, racking and de‑racking parts, and preparing items for shipment. This role ensures products are handled efficiently and meet company quality standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick and pack items for shipment according to company standards and procedures.
  • Organize, sort, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Retrieve products efficiently and accurately for processing or shipment.
  • Perform small parts assembly as required for production or order fulfillment.
  • Prepare items for painting, including sandblasting, racking, and other surface prep tasks.
  • Assist with general warehouse operations, including cleaning, stocking, and maintenance.
  • Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures.
  • Load, deliver, and pick up materials as assigned.
  • De-rack finished items, then box, label, and prepare them for shipment.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 70 pounds.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Capable of maintaining a high level of physical activity for extended periods, including standing for most of the shift.
  • Able to perform effectively in a fast‑paced work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
