Far Bank Enterprises on Bainbridge Island, WA, is seeking motivated manufacturing staff to advance from Production Associate to Production Specialist and beyond. You will manufacture and assemble world‑class fly-fishing gear, following detailed specs and maintaining high quality.

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday
• 1st Shift: 4:00 AM to 2:15 PM

Compensation

Our pay range is between $18.50 to $25.00 an hour, aligning with the three Production levels and related to experience.
