Far Bank Enterprises on Bainbridge Island, WA, is seeking production associates to join the SAGE Manufacturing team. You will perform manufacturing and assembly tasks, following detailed specifications to build premium fly-fishing products known for quality.

Are you ready to build world-class SAGE fly fishing products in one of the Pacific Northwest's most beautiful locations?

Far Bank Enterprises is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our SAGE Manufacturing team as a Production Associate on Bainbridge Island, Washington.

As a Production Associate, you will play an important role in the manufacturing process, helping create premium products known throughout the fly-fishing industry for their quality and craftsmanship.

• Perform manufacturing and assembly tasks according to established quality and production standards.

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday
• 1st Shift: 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM

Compensation

• Starting pay: $18.50 to $19.55 per hour
• Additional $0.50 per hour shift differential for employees working 2nd Shift.
