Randstad USA is hiring production associates in Cullman, AL for short-term mandates in high-quality production environments. The role emphasizes strict adherence to processes, quality standards, and the ability to work flexible shifts with weekly pay.

You will follow SOPs, tend machines, perform quality checks with basic measurement tools, stage materials, and adapt to different teams and equipment across multiple mandates.

Responsibilities

• Process adherence: strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and detailed work instructions to ensure consistent product quality and process compliance.
• Machine tending: safely load materials into production equipment and remove finished products after the cycle.
• Quality control: perform routine, systematic in-process visual inspections and use basic measurement tools (e.g., calipers) to ensure components meet specifications.
• Material staging: ensure the production line is continuously supplied with necessary raw materials and components, staging finished goods for the next step.
• Adaptability: quickly integrate into different production teams and machinery setups for various short-term mandates.

Work hours: 06:00 AM - 06:30 PM

Qualifications

• up to 35 lbs. (medium lifting)

Dress code: Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
