Job summary

Daniels Health in East Troy, WI is hiring for a hands-on production team member. You\'ll assemble medical waste containers, support shipping and receiving, and assist drivers to meet daily customer needs.

This role emphasizes physical work, teamwork, and reliability. You can expect a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule, year-round stability, full-time benefits after 90 days, and a starting wage of $20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare medical waste containers for customer use.
• Inspect, organize, and process incoming containers and materials.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Move products and materials throughout the facility.
• Operate forklifts and hand trucks after training and certification.
• Load and unload materials from pallets, racks, shelves, and trailers.
• Secure shipments using strapping, bracing, and protective materials.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and maintain attention to detail.
• Support drivers and teammates with daily operational needs.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

What will your job involve?

• Assemble and prepare medical waste containers for customer use
