Job summary

NEXIEN, un leader dans la fabrication, recherche un associate de production. Le rôle implique des tâches variées au sein d'un environnement manufacturier nécessitant un bon sens de l'organisation et la capacité de respecter les normes de sécurité. Un diplôme de lycée et l'aptitude à travailler dans des conditions physiques sont requis. Le poste est disponible pour le 2ème quart, avec un salaire compétitif et des possibilités de convertir en emploi permanent selon les performances.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US.
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Feed raw materials into production machinery.
• Monitor the production process and carry out quality checks.
• Use forklifts to fulfill orders and maintain work areas.

Skills

Ability to stand for 8-10 hours

Ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to read and understand instructions

Fast-paced work environment

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Job description

Objective:

• The production associate performs tasks involved in the production of the company’s products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Feed raw materials into production machinery
• Assemble goods on production lines
• Monitor the production process
• Carry out basic quality and testing checks
• Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse
• Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfill orders
• Pack goods to be shipped+ Maintain work areas and equipment
• All other duties as assigned
• Eligibility for rollover to a permanent position depends on your good attendance performance

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English
• The ability to stand up for 8-10 hours a day with overtime opportunities possible
• the ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis
• The ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
• Must be age 18 or older
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Preferred/ Desired:

• Need to be able to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• The ability to work with components that are in constant motion along an assembly line without

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift (Starting $17)
• 6 PM - 2:40 AM (M-F, 40 Min unpaid Lunch)
