Job summary

Sonoco in Jackson, TN is seeking a Production Associate to support round-the-clock manufacturing operations. You will set up, operate, and maintain production equipment, inspect raw materials, and ensure components meet specs during night shifts with minimal supervision.

You’ll join a team with 2–4 years’ machine experience and opportunities to train others. The role offers a competitive hourly rate with night-shift differential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience operating machines.
• Able to work under general supervision.
• Effective communicator over the public address system.
• Can provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate group.

Responsibilities
