Job summary

Avient Corporation is hiring for an entry-level Production Associate in Hickory, NC. You will perform weigh-up or packaging duties in the production department, ensuring product quality and cost targets while following Avient policies and procedures.

The role offers a night shift from 7pm to 7am, a 2 days on/2 days off and 3 days on/3 days off schedule, plus a comprehensive benefits package including a bi-annual bonus plan, medical benefits from day 1, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

In this entry-level manufacturing position as a Production Associate with Avient you will be responsible for performing weigh-up or packaging duties within the production department. Ensuring the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost and meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements in accordance with Avient policies and procedures.
