Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking Production Associates at our state-of-the-art facility to operate high-speed printing and sorting machines that produce essential documents. You will receive hands-on training and help ensure accuracy, security, and on-time delivery of batches.

This temp-to-hire role offers multiple shifts and competitive pay. Candidates should have basic computer skills and be able to lift 20–50 lbs, with willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed machines that print, sort, and prepare essential documents and cards.
• Manually insert forms into envelopes, tag plastic cards, and package mail for shipment.
• Use presorting machines to filter out damaged mail and request reprints when necessary.
• Load and unload materials, perform quality checks, and verify each batch against job tickets.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production, safety, and quality goals.
• Participate in cross-training to learn and operate multiple machines and systems.

As a key part of the production process, your attention to detail and technical skills will help ensure that each batch is printed accurately, securely, and on time. Available Shifts: Temp to hire

1st Shift 6am to 2pm - Sunday - Thursday $18

1st shift 6am to 2pm - Tuesday - Saturday $18

2nd Shift - 2pm to 10pm Sunday - Thursday $19.44

2nd shift - 2pm to 10pm - Tuesday - Saturday $19.44

3rd Shift 10pm to 6am - Sunday - Thursday $20.16

3rd Shift 10pm to 6am Monday - Friday night $20.16

What You’ll Do

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.16 per hour
