Job summary

Georgia-Pacific Corrugated is hiring Production Associates for our Mt. Wolf, PA facility. Starting pay is $21.93 per hour with a second shift differential of $2.00/hour to $23.93 and a third shift differential of $1.00/hour to $22.93.

Shifts include 2nd and 3rd; orientation begins on 1st shift with hours 3:00 PM–11:00 PM (2nd) or 11:00 PM–7:00 AM (3rd). The role supports production, safety, quality, and efficiency goals in a loud, industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in corrugated packaging or fast-paced manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets
• Monitor and enter data into computer control systems
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production
• Perform basic asset care duties, including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of the work area
• Work as part of a team to meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals
• Operate and/or work around mobile equipment
• Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing required personal protective equipment
• Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours per day in a loud, industrial, high-volume manufacturing environment

Georgia-Pacific Corrugated is now hiring Production Associates to join our Corrugated facility in Mt. Wolf, PA!

Starting Pay

• $21.93 per hour
• 2nd Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour = $23.93
• 3rd Shift Differential: +$1.00/hour = $22.93

Shift

Candidates must be flexible to support business needs, including overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.

• Currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift
• The first week of orientation will be on 1st shift (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
• Assigned shift will be communicated after orientation

Shift Hours

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (startup on Sunday nights)
