Job summary

Champion Home Builders is hiring for multiple production positions in the Arkansas City, Kansas area. You will work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, ensuring quality workmanship at a fast pace.

The role requires basic reading of blueprints, ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly (and more occasionally), and proficient use of common hand and power tools. Champion offers a 401k with company match, paid vacation/holidays, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.

Responsibilities

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure
• Read blue prints and orders
• Communicate well with coworkers
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools
